Damn! I couldn't log-in on facebook to using my phone internet.
I subscribed to Globe's Surf All Day plan and have successfully registered. Of course, they took 20 pesos from my phone credit for that awesome plan. After 5 minutes, they gave me a notice that their service is under maintenance...and I could no longer through my mobile (why didn't you inform me before I registered?)
I tried contacting their customer service through my friend's laptop...and, you know what? They kept on disconnecting us on their chat customer service!
Great service, indeed!
And not only that, their pop-up was blaming our internet connection! (Oh! Come on! We're not paying starbucks' wi-fi to disconnect us, okay?)
Beisdes, I was talking to our other friend from Romania while talking to their customer service, and we didn't even get disconnected.
Well, all I could say...Try fixing yourself, Globe! And get yourself a bunch of new customer service agents as well. They all suck (both chat or phone support).
Moi not doing to this to be popular...Moi is just one of your angry customers. RAWR!
